Two men lost their lives in a shooting incident in a banquet hall in Vaughan, a suburb of Toronto, on Friday night.
The shooting occurred around 4:00 am in a room near Keele and Rivermede Streets in Vaughan, York Regional Police said.
Upon arrival, the police found inside a man already dead and another outside the room with wounds endangering his life, said the spokesman of the police force, Andy Pattenden, according to the Toronto Star .
“He was taken to the hospital, but succumbed to his injuries,” he said.
The age of the victims was not known.
Police opened an investigation and tried Saturday to gather information to determine the circumstances of the tragedy.
