Hundreds of passengers who had to take a plane from the company Level for Paris last Saturday are stuck at Montreal-Trudeau airport since their flight was canceled again Monday.
It was when they arrived at the airport on Saturday that they learned that their flight was canceled.
“None of the 300 passengers had been warned,” said a traveler, Michel Luc, to TVA News.
Passengers managed to get some hotel nights from the company while waiting for a new flight scheduled for Monday.
A flight that was again canceled.
“They gave us back on Monday’s flight. And this morning, I received an email to say that it was also canceled. We are wondering if the company exists. Will they still cancel us on Thursday? People were told they could not leave until July 21st. It’s like a hostage situation. We really feel stuck by this company, “said an unhappy passenger, Éric Beaulieu.
Level told TVA News that it only operated flights between Montreal and Paris on Monday, Thursday and Saturday and offered several options to passengers on standby.
They indicate, however, that they have great difficulty in reaching the customer service of Level, a low-cost carrier that has been offering flights to Quebec for only a few weeks.
